Hi,
I am glad that Catherine has had the good sense to speak openly about her health – It is all very well to lay claim to a right to privacy bot when you are, boost probably, the best known woman in the world and your country’s enemies control the production of your country’s Electric Vehicles, Wind Turbines, Solar Panels and largest Nuclear Power Stations and is one of your country’s most effective enemies, controlling AI output through Social Media and Bot Factories – You can count on them using their power to make mischief.
I wonder, just howmany and what percentage of the malicious and destabilising output of rumours and speculation about Catherine’s health was emanating, instigated or directly engineered by Chinese A! or China’s bots, to destabilise or denigrate our Royal Household and our country?
It was wise of both Catherine and Charles to make an effort to inform the public of their health problems, sadly their advisors failed to foresee the possibility of the rumour mills being maliciously manipulated by our country’s enemies internationally, and also by our enemies within, well placed in the Marxist/Socialist Labour Party, Unions and sadly within our own population with such anti British cohorts as the Church of England, Parliament, SNP, Islamists and unfortunately more – just look at the evil and malicious comments on Social Media and the Chinese owned and controlled TicToc!
As you will be aware, as a reader of my health site https://greglw.com/ you will be aware I am all too well aware of the challenges both Charles and Catherine are facing with their health, not to mention the fear and consternation!
I sincerely advise both Catherine and Charles to keep tight reign on the information they release but release as much as possible to their loyal subjects. If for no other reason than to keep moral up – I have found diarising my health issues, grim as they have been, from time to time, has been hugely cathartic but also I hope it has given food for thought, encouragement and hope to others who have followed both the Cancer and Coronary challenges.
Always be minded that I first presented aged 51 with cancer and had a major heart attack in 2012 aged 66 – now at 78 I’m still causing trouble and hope to soldier on for some time as there are still many Charlatans to expose and Grifters to annoy!
I do hope my survival for 27 years, so far, offers hope and an example for others to follow.
I do point out that for 25 years my chances have been greatly jeopardised by the fact that as an NHS patient, throughout, I am the victim of the very worst sector of NHS – that which is so badly managed by the Welsh Regional Assembly in the Welsh Region which has been blighted by the misfortune of continuous control of the Marxist/Socialist Labour Party which in 25 years has delivered not a single achievement of consequential benefit to The Welsh Region nor its peoples, as it is Devolved – It would be so very much better off were it under the direct shared Governance of Britain at Westminster – upon whom it is utterly dependent monetarily and in so many other areas!

The Princess of Wales has announced that she was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and has been undergoing chemotherapy. Here, experts explain more about the treatment and how it works.
What kind of chemotherapy could the Princess of Wales be having?
After a cancer is diagnosed, there are several treatment pathways that follow, including several types of chemotherapy. “Curative chemotherapy is used on its own without any other interventions, while adjuvant chemotherapy is the type used to reduce the risk of a cancer coming back after treatment,” explains Dr Frankie Jackson-Spence, a clinical research fellow of medical oncology at Barts Cancer Institute.
“Neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a term used to describe chemotherapy that is used before another intervention like surgery or radiotherapy to improve the success rate of the later interventions.”
Only after you have been diagnosed with a potentially curative cancer would a patient be given chemotherapy. Either before a surgery to improve the effectiveness of it, or after a surgery to prevent the cancer coming back. This treatment would be used in multiple cancer types including colorectal cancers and bladder cancers.
What happens when you have chemotherapy?
If you have a diagnosis of cancer on a biopsy and you’ve got cancer cells that are going to develop then chemotherapy can help improve your outcome. It’s a treatment given through the vein, like an infusion, and works by killing some cancer cells so it can shrink the mass. That, in turn, makes surgery easier.
Sometimes when you have cancer, cancer cells spread from the mass and linger in your blood. They’re often small and hard to detect so you won’t see them on a scan.
“Tests and scans currently available are unable to detect such microscopic spread, and therefore, to improve chances of cure, presumptive treatment of such likely spread is often undertaken – even after the cancer in the solid organ of origin is completely removed,” says Dr Mangesh Thorat, consultant breast surgeon at Homerton University Hospital in London.
Chemotherapy goes all around your body and mops up any escaped cancer cells. That reduces the risk of the cancer coming back after the surgery. There are different types of chemotherapy that work in different ways, but the most common type interferes with the cancer’s DNA and so the cancer cells can’t grow.
What are the side effects?
The general side effects of chemotherapy can include fatigue, nausea, vomiting, sepsis, anaemia, constipation and diarrhoea, according to Dr Shivan Sivakumar, associate professor in oncology at the University of Birmingham. He adds: “The recovery time is usually a couple of weeks. How you tolerate chemotherapy is determined by your performance status (known as your baseline health status). The younger you are, the more likely you are to tolerate chemotherapy well.”
How long will you need to have treatment for?
How much and how long you’ll need chemotherapy for depends on the type of chemotherapy, the type of cancer and the patient. “Sometimes we might plan to do three cycles with a patient but, actually, if they have quite bad side effects after two rounds, medical professionals might stop it,” says Dr Jackson-Spence. “It changes from patient to patient.”
What can you expect when you go for treatment?
That really depends on the stage of the cancer. Dr Jackson-Spence explains that with stage one cancer, medics might treat it with some chemotherapy to prep ahead of surgery to improve the effectiveness. “In these cases, we use it to boost the chances of success of your main intervention. Then you might expect shorter periods of chemotherapy.” With stage four cancer, medics might do six cycles of chemotherapy if that is the only type of treatment you’re having, but they might only do three if the patient is having surgery too.
