MY OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

There is VERY little that has been handled well in the progress from my initaially presenting at my Doctor’s surgery one morning having had a somewhat startling display of Frank Haematuria {clearly visible quantity of blood in urine!]

I stall start building the details on this page until I am satisfied with the details and the links and the direct culpibility.

Please do not consider this a completed work until it is annotated as such at the header.

You are however welcome to use such material as you may wish as it grows with a view to seeking to improve the NHS and the outcome for Cancer Patients.

That said I am sure there will be other instances in other areas of care. I may choose to include some!

CAVEAT: As this is a ‘Work In Progress’ Please check facts and details before quoting them as legally sound.

I am taking the risk of publishing this to my blog so that none to date is lost as there is every possibility that my health may deteriorate and I have no intention in letting my killers off by obliging them by my demise!

GENERAL FINDINGS:
Would seem to indicate that NHS Britain and specifically NHS Wales has a kill rate exceeding that of any serial killer in British History!
