Hi,
late yesterday I became aware of what seems to be mild bladder infection, so I have been drinking lost of fluid as frequently doing so can flush the system and if the infection is a simple mild infection one can be fortunate and flush it out/through!
During the night I made a point of setting the alarm and drinking at least a pint of water every 3 hours.
