05-May-2011 – Jaded?! of Ulcers & Abdomens!
Hi,
well today has been a bit of a muddle!
Lee couldn’t sleep so she was still in the office when I went to bed but there was one advantage – she managed to get my sound working on the main computer.
I felt really grotty when I got up but then again it was 13:00hrs. Lee was still fast asleep – so I stumbled off to the office to catch up on the blogospher – didn’t much feel like making the phone calls I had planned as I was feeling jaded, nothing worse.
Pain across the lower abdomen (to exagerate a feeling / mild awareness) but I’m still unconvinced it is a side effect, the fact that firstly my diet has changed and there is no doubt I am swallowing more air when I eat due to the mouth ulcers.
I must say I am starting to get the hang of when to use the mouth wash – the Difflam Oral Rinse (Benzydamine hydrochloride) is far from sophisticated! If you take 5ml. 30, 20 & 10 minutes before eating it is so deadens the mouth that the ulcers although largely raw they only give discomfort rather than pain when you swallow even eating!!

I just want to say sorry for copping out at times and leaving Lee and friends to cope!
